Yandex Shows Closest Points of Interest
Internet, February 15, 2010. Now Yandex users can find the closest bank, shoe repair shop or any other business or organization without even providing their current location. To use this feature, all they need to do is download the new Yandex.Bar on their Wi-Fi enabled PC or laptop and it will automatically locate the user and will send this information to Yandex search.

Translation With Just One Mouse Movement

To use this feature, a user only has to hover the mouse pointer over an unfamiliar word and get instant translation as a tooltip — not a single useless movement.
