Münster/Germany, 27th of April 2012 – next idea GmbH, parent company of the international online games publisher Looki, acquired wwg worldwidegames GmbH located in Hamburg/Germany. The acquisition includes the portal Playnik.com and all of their private brands.

The popular strategy game based on resources, joining alliances and participating in devastating battles won the award for "Browser Game of the Year 2011" in the category “Best Classic Game”. In the selection process players have cast more than 24,000 of their votes to select the “Browser Game of the Year 2011”.
