Münster/Germany, 27th of April 2012 – next idea GmbH, parent company of the international online games publisher Looki, acquired wwg worldwidegames GmbH located in Hamburg/Germany. The acquisition includes the portal Playnik.com and all of their private brands.

Münster, Germany – 17th of March 2011 – The Looki Publishing GmbH invites players to participate in the tournament "Battle of Champions" for the award-winning browser game "Desert Operations" with cash prizes totaling 12,000 U.S. Dollars. This unique contest is being held in cooperation with the developer Playzo and invites the top 250 players from each of the international game worlds of "Desert Operations" to compete in an intense face off against each other.
