«Winter Hunting» special menu in Fleur Cafe

Winter season is in full swing and Alex Litzell, the Chef of the Fleur Café restaurant invites you to enjoy a new seasonal menu “Winter Hunting”.

Enjoy one of the new dishes, like pan fried wild boar tenderloin with juniper sauce, apples and cabbage; hunter’s salad with blue back salmon, hazelnuts and oven baked root vegetables; smoked duck breast сarpaccio with horseradish and pine nuts; and «Bird Nest» meringue filled with berry compote and vanilla cream.
