Lavrynovych & Partners Defends the Interests of Dalniy Kordon Hunting Enterprise
On April 10, 2012, lawyers of Lavrynovych & Partners Law Firm successfully represented the interests of Dalniy Kordon LLC at the Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal in a case for the reversal of decision No. 5-14/VI of Cherkasy Oblast Council dated April 29, 2011, reversing the previous decision on granting 10,551 hectares of hunting lands for use.
On April 10, 2012, the Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal issued a resolution to fully allow the appeal filed by Dalniy Kordon LLC, reverse the resolution of the First Instance Court and issue a new resolution to satisfy the administrative claim.
