Lavrynovych & Partners acts as local adviser on government guarantees securing Ukravtodor
Under an agreement with the international law firm White & Case, Lavrynovych & Partners has advised the Ukrainian Finance Ministry in the process of negotiating and signing a guarantee agreement for a USD 376m (UAH 3bn) long-term loan provided by the Russian Sberbank for the Ukrainian state-run road construction company Ukravtodor.
